Following a recent inspection under the Considerate Contractors scheme the company scored 4 in most areas, indicating measures have been taken in excess of compliance. Overall Arlington Street was rated as being a very good site

Summer works to schools complete

The Company have recently completed works to 3 schools in Barnet.

The works at Finchley Catholic High School, the London Academy and Wren Academy, totaling approximately 100k, were completed during the summer break.

The works involved the complete refurbishment of 3 science laboratory’s, the redecoration of 50 classrooms and the construction of external storage huts.

All works were completed on time and within budget.

AJ Dunne tender to build training facilities

The Company have recently submitted a tender for works to the school playing fields. The plan is to demolish the existing changing rooms and construct new facilities in their place. Separate contracts have been awarded for football pitches and a training pitch.

Work has commenced at 4-5 Arlington Street

The company have just began a £7m restoration of a residential property in central London. The project involves the complete gut out and refurbishment of a seven storey building and is expected to last for two years. The build will include state of the art mechanical, plumbing and electrical installations and high spec finishes throughout.
