Health & Safety
We believe that good Health and Safety is fundamental to the smooth running of any project. By ensuring the safety of our employees and the public our work can be carried out effectively and without detriment or delay.
Under the recent CDM legislation the client is now responsible for implementing all health and safety matters. We do however take the initiative by ensuring our measures are already in excess of compliance. All of our Considerate Constructor assessments reflect this, with all sites being rated as very good or better.
All of our staff hold CSCS cards and are trained in Manual Handling. In addition each site has a trained Site Manager and an individual competent in both Fire Safety and First Aid.
The company holds Empoyers Liability insurance (£10m) and Public Liability insurance (£2m).
