The works involved the complete refurbishment of eleven flats. Each property was fully decorated, (plastered, painted and re-tiled), had a new kitchen and bathroom installed, was fully re-wired and re-plumbed, and received a new central heating system. General works included the refurbishment of the communal area and external decorations.
