We were commissioned to carry out the refurbishment of a Grade II Listed Building in Regents Park. The project involved structural work including the leveling of floor joists and the reinstatement of the existing staircase. The work included state of the art M&E installations, including Lutron & Crestron, a private swimming pool, and specialist finishies, including polish plaster, silk wallpaper and leather flooring.
