The work at Regents Park involved the complete gut out and refurbishment of a Grade II Listed Building. The property received state of the art mechanical, electrical and plumbing installations. The finishes included marble, timber and leather flooring, as well as specialist paint finishes. The property was completely transformed and sold within an 8 month period.
