Formerly a school, the building was transformed into an education center for young disadvantaged people. The predominantly single story school building was completely refurbished to include a complete new commercial kitchen and dining area, a computer, new toilets, new classrooms, a staff room and an administrative office.

A complete new-build on the school playground area comprised four en-suite bedrooms for staff, seven bedrooms and communal bathrooms, a utility room, a library/living area and a courtyard. New staircases, a disabled lift, a security alarm system and a spacious car park were also incorporated into the build.
