As part of the Governments Decent Homes Standard directive we entered into a sub-contract partnering agreement to undertake refurbishment work on various phases of the Westminster City Homes contract. The works consisted of replacement kitchens and bathrooms predominantly, including full electrical re-wires and new central heating systems where required.
