High Spec Refurbishments
These projects often require a quick start on site before the design information is complete. To make things easier we assist with the design from an early stage and continually review our programme to suit the supply of information.
It is very difficult to give a fixed cost for these projects, especially because the design is either incomplete or evolving. We therefore tailor our contracts to suit each project and ensure the most profitable solution for our clients. This often involves working to a budget and making all costs transparent – the client simply pays the actual costs plus a pre-agreed fee.
In terms of construction we are able to offer workable solutions to a range of designs or advise of practical and aesthetically equal alternatives. We also have experience integrating complex trades, for example Mechanical/Electrical and Home Automation Systems (Lutron & Crestron), and can carry out any specialist finishes required, for example polish plaster or silk wallpaper.
Our clients are concerned with quality, cost and speed, and we have therefore created our infrastructure and formulated our contracts with these three aspects in mind.
We have previously completed two prestigious developments in Regents Park (see Recent Projects), which both achieved multi-million pound returns for our client. We are currently working on a 5 apartment scheme in Mayfair (www.walpolemayfair.com) which we expect to finish late in 2011.
